Palisades State Park
Palisades State Park
Play 18-holes of golf, paddle or troll on Palisade Reservoir, then set up the perfect campsite. This park offers something for everyone, from its desert canyon golf course, RV and tent camping, to access for off-highway vehicle riding in nearby Six-Mile Canyon.

Park Hours: Summer: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Winter: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Year-round with no holiday closures.

Day Visits: $6 day-use access. $35 Senior Adventure Pass and $75 annual passes are available at the Palisade State Park Office.

Overnight Camping:
Arapeen, Pioneer, and Sanpitch Campgrounds: $16/night
Sanpitch full-hookup sites: $25
Group Campsites: $75 minimum
Group Day-Use: $50 minimum

Location: East from Nephi on SR 132, south on US 89 to Sterling, two miles east on Palisade Road to park.

Gunnison Reservoir
Gunnison Reservoir
Gunnison Reservoir is an large reservoir at the south end of the Sanpete Valley in Central Utah. The reservoir is accessible from US-89 immediately north of Sterling via an access road opposite from and immediately south of the road to the Palisade State Park. The lake is used for fishing, boating and water skiing.
 
Ninemile Reservoir
Ninemile Reservoir
Ninemile Reservoir is an intermediate sized reservoir at the south end of the Sanpete Valley in Central Utah. It is located alongside US-89 between Manti and Gunnison, at the western base of the Wasatch Plateau. It is also known as Highland Reservoir.  The primary recreational use of the reservoir is fishing.
